Spay Israel is affiliated with Spay USA, an American organization dedicated to providing affordable spaying and neutering services throughout the USA. Today, over 8,000 vets take part in the American network.

Purina partners with more than 200 shelters nationwide to provide senior citizens with reduced cost pet adoptions. Participating humane shelters are reimbursed $50 for every senior adoption to help defray the costs of spaying or neutering, vaccinations, and other fees.

The AKC CAR Canine Support & Relief Fund has been established as a permanent charitable fund with the goals of providing resources, support, funds, and other assistance to; search and Rescue animals and handlers participating in rescue and recovery efforts in connection with natural or civil disasters, the veterinary units providing support to the canine rescue teams. , not-for-profit animal shelters and similar not-for-profit organizations providing care for domestic animals orphaned or displaced as a result of natural or civil disasters.

One of the most important ways to protect your rights is by ensuring that there are dog-friendly elected officials in the state and federal governments. To accomplish this, the AKC has established the AKC Political Action Committee (AKC PAC), where one-hundred percent of the funds go directly to help elect dog-friendly candidates. Contributions may not be earmarked for individual candidates, but donors may make recommendations to the PAC Board about candidates they believe are worthy of support.

Protecting the rights of dog owners is a multi-faceted effort. One-hundred percent of your donations go to supporting legislation, securing formal representation of our interests in congress and statehouses, and educating legislators about responsible and fair policy for dog breeding and ownership.

The AKC Humane Fund, Inc. unites a broad spectrum of animal lovers in promoting the joy and value of responsible and productive pet ownership through education, outreach and grant-making. Monies raised may fund grants to organizations that; educate adults and children about responsible pet ownership, provide for the health and well being of all dogs and preserve and celebrate the human-animal bond and the evolutionary relationship between dogs and mankind.

The CFA Breeder Assistance & Breed Rescue Program was established to help breeders who find themselves overwhelmed and in need of either permanent, or temporary, assistance. The Breeder Assistance Program also administers the Food Pantry Program.
